Frequently Asked Questions
Can you work with existing design system or brand guideline?
Sure, I have experience in working and adhering to design systems and brand guidelines to maintain consistency with the brand’s identity. I am also able to integrate them while enhancing the existing elements. So that’s why I can build design system libraries from the scratch.
How do you do to handle multiple projects at the same time?
I will organize myself based on the timeline and deadlines of each project, prioritizing them according to my role or responsibilities. For example, if I’m a PIC for a project, I will focus on it first. However, if I have spare time, I can also work on other projects. Additionally, I make a to-do list every week to stay organized.
What kind of work environment do you prefer?
I have experience in both, fast and not so fast pace work environments. Therefore, I can adjust my work style in both because in fast-paced environments can make me feel like I encouraged to always grow and learn something new, but in opposite situatuion is also good for me because I can learn deeply about the field of work. My preference is to mix both of those environments.
Do you prefer to work in individual or in a team?
I enjoy working in a blend of both. Because when I work independently, I can increase my focus and optimize the outputs. But when I work in a team, I can easily receive feedback from my peers to avoid cognitive bias.
